For over 31 years, Andi Dolan has been the go-to guide for Northern Michigan businesses navigating corporate benefits, HR challenges, and the shifting insurance landscape. Known for blending straight talk with deep expertise, she helps employers cut through the noise, make confident decisions, and protect what matters most — their people and their bottom line.
A graduate of Northwood University with an MBA from Lawrence Technological University, Andi began her career in the financial sector managing 5500 tax filings, actuarial calculations, and compliance testing for employer-sponsored retirement plans — reconciling over $43 million in assets along the way. This experience built a rare depth of tax-sheltering knowledge she brings to every client relationship.
She entered the insurance industry before the Affordable Care Act, giving her a unique before-and-after perspective on how federal regulations have reshaped coverage. Fueled by curiosity, she keeps a close eye on industry changes so her clients can focus on running their business.

Karoline brings vast marketing and design wisdom to our team. Her keen eye for business strategies, harmonious can-do attitude and kindhearted spirit enhances all stages and touchpoints of our client’s journey.
Earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Ferris State University, she is eager to share her time and talents within the very community she grew up in, Northern Michigan.
Passionate about music, her beautiful voice is a golden thread from the heavens shared occasionally on stage. In her spare time, you can find Karoline sharing mile wide smiles with her friends and family exploring our four-seasons region.
Morgan Roman
Individual Account Manager
While caring for individuals in nursing homes and providing in-home support, her natural sense of compassion, empathy and patience fosters genuine and lasting connections. Paired with her management experience in the service industry, Morgan’s approachable personality and sincere desire to help others shines through her in every interaction.
A proud Northern Michigan native, Morgan can often be found exploring our beautiful surroundings, hiking local trails, paddle boarding on nearby waters, or simply enjoying the outdoors.
